Up for sale here is this recap kit for a pair of Bose 301 Series II or Series III speakers. This will let you completely recap two (2) Bose 301 Series II or Series III speakers. This is not for the original 301 speakers. These are brand new Supertech MPT (metallized polypropylene film) capacitors, which are super-high-quality and will sound nice and clear. There are two 3.3 uf 250v capacitors, one for each speaker. The old caps are pretty bad by this point, but these new film caps will get your speakers singing again! The original caps in the 301 Series II are either 3 uf or 3.4 uf, so these will replace either just fine. These are fairly easy to install as long as you know what you're doing. You will need a decent soldering iron, solder, a Philips screwdriver, wire cutters, and a hot glue gun or rubber cement to aid in mounting the caps. The new capacitors are larger than the old ones, because they are so much higher-quality. They will still fit just fine. US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18.
