Or If available, purchaser may choose a item from Used AC Depot inventory at a value of up to 110% of original purchase price. The following conditions apply: Item must be returned to the original pick-up location and in same condition as received. Refrigerant Power-Train Guarantee In addition to our Guarantee Plus there is a one year limited Refrigerant Power-Train Guarantee. Should the compressor, condensing coil or evaporator coil fail with-in one year from purchased date, Used AC Depot will pay the purchaser $50 Dollars Per Ton of cooling/heating capacity. Purchaser must return defective unit to Used AC Depot. Limit one claim per purchase invoice. Guarantee not transferable. Guarantee for Condensers, Air Handlers and Package Units only, does not apply to parts sales. Example: You purchase a 5 ton condenser from Used AC Depot. And let's say the unthinkable happens, the compressor inside your condenser gives up the ghost before our one year anniversary.
