CD is new and has not been played, however it has been opened to ensure that the photo is signed, and it has a heart as well. More than one available so the signature and heart will likely be different than the picture. Please see the second and third pictures, a few photos had indentations from the tabs holding the picture and booklet in. Some also had creases along the edge being closed in the crack. Believe I have one with a small smudge on the signature. I don’t consider this damage as it is pretty common, and as received from Taylor, but feel the need to disclose it incase it is an issue for you as a buyer. For all the Taylor Swift fans out there, this is a rare opportunity to get your hands on her "The Tortured Poets" department CD and a hand-signed photo. This CD and booklet set is an original piece and has been signed by the artist herself, making it a highly sought-after item for collectors. The set includes a CD with 16 tracks and a booklet with lyrics and photos. This item is perfect for anyone who loves Taylor Swift's music and wants to add a unique piece to their collection. Don't miss out on this opportunity to own a piece of music history.
