Work is performed by professional diesel fuel technicians with years of experience. All work performed once completed is run by a multi point inspection.Injectors have been completely rebuilt, disassembled and inspected. High and low pressure valves have been rebuilt. Electronic parts have been inspected and checked for working condition. Also, injectors have been calibrated for working condition. Fuel flow, response time, opening pressure, spray pattern, nozzle atomization, and calibration are all checked for maximum performance. Core Returns:- Cores must be returned in 30 days in order to Receive full core credit.- Full credit will be given for complete cores, if parts missing, broken or marks deductions may apply. - We do not accept Cores with fire damage and/or un-repairable state. - Core return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Cores can be returned by any carrier, and insurance is up to the purchaser. - Include all the information of the purchaser, this will allow us to identify the person or account to send the refund.Use the original Packaging to Re-send Cores for Better Protection. Warranty: 12 Month Warranty. Limited warranty is 12 months on all injectors. This warranty applies to: “rebuilt, flat rate repair and parts & labor items”. This warranty does not apply when the items has been subject to abuse, improper installation, operator negligence, overloading, misuse, lack of lubrication, improper lubricant, fuel and water contamination, poor maintenance, or accidents as determined by poweredbydiesel. This warranty does not cover troubleshooting or diagnostic time, mechanic mileage, towing, downtime, loss of profits, cargo damage, or any other indirect items.The warranty starts from the time your injectors leave our shop.
