I have for auction a charge coin used by the Kaufmann's department stores. Kaufmann's was founded in 1871 and they were based in Pittsburgh, Pa. The charge coin was used by customers before the use of credit cards. It looks to be nickel, approximately 1 3/4 by 7/8 inch and in circulated condition, see photos.
