So here is a 50mm (aka 82cc) Dio big bore kit for their Honda 1994 thru 2001 Elite 50 (SA50), and other scoots that run the Dio type engine. Gives more torque for bigger riders and climbs better up steep hills. This bore kit comes with the cylinder head, harden steel cylinder studs (not shown in photos) and all the gaskets need to bolt on. Also it will come with a FREE Dio 12mm Wrist Pin Bearing. You should always install a new wrist pin bearing when you install a big bore. The big bore will bolt on your engine without modding or cutting the engine case.You should run a bigger carb, exhaust and pre-mix the fuel.
